I’m not sure how you found my website, but if you are like my other clients, it is part of your efforts to relieve yourself of your unique cocktail of emotional and physical pain, a chaotic post-trauma state or unrelenting, long-term stress. It really can get better.

You might be aware of a physical (and emotional) charge or intensity that exists in your body creating symptoms like:

  • back (or hip or neck etc..) pain
  • insomnia
  • not being able to sit still, anxiety
  • irritability or even intense reactions to seemingly-small situations

I’ve had experience with that. Both as a human and for the past five years as a teacher. My daily practices, AlignUp practices, have helped me and my students, heal and release the fallout from trauma, loss, abuse, and unrelenting long-term stress.

The challenges or pain that brought you here can transform to an easy strength, relaxation, and mastery of your body. Practiced over (a short amount of) time they will bring the same shifts to other aspects of your life. They will make it easier for you to adapt to and initiate change. You will feel like you are carrying less and less weight – literally and figuratively.
